Michal Inbar
I run the behind-the-scenes of SrvIT: administration, budget and day-to-day operations - everything that has to happen exactly on time so the technical team stays free for clients.
I have been with the company since 2012 - the year the business grew into a limited company - and I have accompanied its growth from the inside ever since: quotes and invoices, vendors and equipment orders, licence renewals, and the phone that gets answered even when the whole team is in the field.
My approach is simple: clients deserve a commercial side of the service that is as orderly, transparent and available as the technical one.
Order is a profession
My background comes from worlds of design and precision: I studied architecture and interior design at Meimad College, and years later completed a patisserie masterclass at Estella. Both fields teach the same lesson - a good result looks simple only when meticulous planning, patience and attention to every detail stand behind it.
I brought the same approach to my community, chairing a local chapter of Mamanet - the mothers' sports league: organizing dozens of women, schedules and events so that everything simply works. And that is exactly the approach I bring to SrvIT every morning.
Behind every document there is a client
A quote, an invoice, a licence renewal, an equipment order - it is easy to treat them as paperwork. I treat them as part of the service: a document that goes out on time, clear and accurate, saves the client questions - and when a question does come up, it has one address and a fast answer.
In a company that manages other businesses' IT, the administrative side must meet the same standard we demand of ourselves on the technical side. That is my responsibility, and I have kept it for more than a decade.
What passes through my hands
The commercial and operational side of the service - orderly, documented, with one address.
A question about a quote, an invoice or an order?
I am the address - leave your details or call, and we will sort it out.
