Using the website

Use of the website is subject to these terms, and using it constitutes acceptance of them. Purchasing on the website requires that you are 18 or older, legally competent, and hold a valid means of payment.

Ordering and payment

Payment on the website is made by credit card or PayPal account. The order is confirmed and the charge is made after the payment details are checked and approved by the payment processor. If a product runs out of stock after the order is placed, we will contact you and offer an alternative delivery date or cancellation with a full refund.

Delivery

Products are delivered to the address specified in the order. Shipping fees and delivery times are shown during checkout, before payment, and shipping is charged together with the product.

Cancellation and returns

Cancelling a transaction, returning products and the refund process are governed in full by the Returns & Cancellation Policy, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. In brief: you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the product, and the cancellation fee will not exceed the amount set by law.

Product warranty

Hardware products sold on the website come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty, and warranty claims are handled through us. What is included with each product is detailed on its product page.

Intellectual property

The content on the website - text, images, design and trademarks - is the property of the Company or of third parties that have permitted it to use them. It may not be copied or used commercially without prior written consent.
