The role
What you'll do
- Day-to-day user support at the client's site
- Maintaining workstations, printers and peripherals
- Handling faults and escalating to the expert team when needed
- Supporting local projects - upgrades and equipment replacement

- Customer-support experience - required
- Familiarity with common operating systems and software - required
- Good English
- Independence, personal accountability and a professional presence with the client
